What people are saying:
Anitra Reed (ALEXANDRIA)

"From day one, the entire team worked diligently to find a home for me, while being pleasant, responsive & courteous in the process. When we finally found a home, we had a two-week turnaround time to settlement. The entire Green team and Kim (Mortgage Co.) worked diligently with me so that we could meet all necessary requirements prior to settlement.

Home Service Connections

Thinking of Selling?
The first step to putting your home up for sale is to schedule an appointment with a member of our team for a free market analysis.

Before our appointment, we will research the most recent neighborhood sales comparable to homes like yours, and also the comparable homes currently for sale.

At the appointment, we will inspect your home and yard to become familiar with all of its special features. Remember, prospective buyers will be “comparison shopping” and are keenly aware of subtle differences in houses for sale in your neighborhood.

Government or Military Transfer?
Our office specializes in all transfer employees. Ask to see our references. We deal with hundreds of transfers, most of who have been referred to us from other transferees. We will be happy to send you a relocation package with all the information you need for the area you wish to live.

Please contact our office for more details or your free copy of our “Home Seller’s Guide" or “Home Buyer’s Guide."
