Melissa, licensed in 2003, joined our team in May 2004. She has been our top referrer of clients and consequently, we have recruited her to our team. Patti has been practicing real estate in Northern Virginia since 1969. Patti started her real estate career in 1969 in a small company in Manassas and to this day still works with clients from then and some of their children as well. She has assisted thousands of clients and customers. In 1980 she received her Broker's license, she is a Lifetime Member of the "Million Dollar Club", "Top Producer's Club", the Long and Foster "Chairman's Club", the Long and Foster "Founder's Club", the Long and Foster "Top 20 Producers in Virginia/West Virginia Region" and received a National Sales Award for the top one percent of all real estate professionals in America. Charles is a resident of Prince William County since 1973 and a license Realtor for 27 years, specializing in a number of fields within the industry to include mortgage banking, working for custom builders, and assisting my wife of thirty-one years in general brokerage. Years of offering straight answers and frank advise to our clients has earned us the honor of now servicing the interest of the second generation of our original clients.

Sue is married and has two children. Her son is in high school and her daughter is away at college studying to be an environmentalist. She has been married for twenty-nine years, during which her and her husband ran a family based business for twenty-one years. Both are from large families located in the Northern Neck.

Being a resident here for her entire life has given her an extensive knowledge of the area, the people and the historic background of the properties. Sue specializes in waterfront properties along the Northern Neck and the Middle Peninsula. She is available to show you properties from the water or by land. Additionally, she has a waterfront guest cottage available for out of town clients

Cecile lives in Warsaw, Virginia is a widow having lost her husband to cancer several years ago. She has raised three children, Sue, Donnie, and Danny and is blessed with six grandchildren.

After retirement she teamed up with her daughter to provide unsurpassed service to their clients. Having grown up in a commercial fishing village, she understands and respects the water.
